Smart G and G cloud is a technological solution whose objective is to provide industrial maintenance services related to its components (clutch-brakes and gearboxes). It is a cyber-physical system that monitors in real time the condition of the Goizper-Guibe component, and through embedded intelligence, which aids decision-making estimating future performance and preventing possible breakdowns. All this enables to minimise the probability of machine downtimes and proactively schedule maintenance with the resulting reduction in costs.

THE SMART G DEVICE OFFERS A FIRST LEVEL OF SUPERVISION AND SUPPORT TO THE MACHINE LEVEL DECISION

The Smart G device, operating in edge computing mode, compiles the critical parameters of the process and those related to the condition, pre-processing those parameters and, based on algorithms designed for that purpose, offers a first level of supervision and support to the machine level decision. Moreover, the value information recorded locally may be sent remotely to a cloud platform (G cloud) where the user can access all the historical information related to the use of its component.
